A former Honda employee has filed a wrongful death claim against the automaker in the U.S. Injuries claimed included back injuries, spine injuries and neck injuries. The accident is said to have taken place at a dealership facility located in Ohio. The vehicle in question was supposed to have been properly maintained but failed to do so. It is the second accident involving a Honda this week.

The accident occurred at approximately 11 am on the day of a large gathering for a celebratory gathering for a friend of the deceased.
