As your body becomes so accustomed to this low level of carbs, it ends up slowing down the production of ketones. This is the precursor to ketoacidosis, which is the precursor to diabetic ketoacidosis, which can cause a lot of damage to your kidneys and liver.

Other diet programs use aspartame as a sweetener. This is not the case with the original aspartame. They call it “nutrasweet”. They also use other artificial sweeteners such as Splenda, Equal, Stevia, and more. Aspartame has always been referred to as “artificial sweeteners”. Therefore, anyone who chooses to use it needs to be aware of aspartame lawsuit.

People who are concerned about the safety of aspartame lawsuit are encouraged to consider natural alternatives.

These alternatives do not include any type of artificial sweetener. Natural sweeteners such as stevia or maple syrup are excellent for diabetics as long as they are not used in large quantities. For people with no diabetes issues, Splenda is an ideal choice. For individuals with diabetes or as well as individuals with kidney disease, a high-fructose corn syrup is just not a good choice. It is strongly advised that aspartame be avoided if you have these health issues.

In conclusion, aspartame is a popular ingredient in many popular diets.

However, the concerns with aspartame lawsuit should be addressed before using aspartame in your diet. For those without diabetes or kidney disease, aspartame is an excellent alternative to sugar. However, if you have one of these conditions, please avoid aspartame as much as possible. Your life may depend on it!

  1. For years I’ve suffered from side effects of aspartame, I don’t drink diet sodas, I’m not on any diet plans, aspartame is in men’s vitamins, and countless other things, the warning labels are microscopic and I’m tired of suffering!

  2. Class Action Lawsuits, I Suffer And Lawyers Get Paid! I’d like to pour aspartame and red ants on lawyers who get fat off of my suffering! I’m up all night taking showers for relief at 4:00 am! How would they like a warning so small that they can’t read, I’m about to give you a. Ass-Whipping?

  3. I want my pain and suffering pile of money on a table with only my two rash scratchers picking it up! I have to read labels on everything that I ingest with reading glasses and a magnifying glass and a dictionary! Is that any way to live?

  4. I live in Barbados. I have a brain injury (induced Bipolar disorder) from heavy use of artificial sugar substitute Aspartame (Nutrasweet) used to sweeten extra strong coffee. I was brain injured from this product (in 2002) that should not be on the market/ should not be on the market without warning labels. I want a multi million dollar settlement from the manufacturers of Aspartame (Nutrasweet).
